A direct purchase may be best when speed matters most. For qualifying properties, we may enter a written principal-to-principal Retail Buyer Program agreement that allows additional time and agreed preparation before the transaction is completed.
USA Equity Investors acts as a principal under a written agreement and may fund or coordinate agreed cleanout, repairs, staging, or improvements. If listing or brokerage services are used, they are performed by properly licensed independent real estate professionals—not by USA Equity Investors as the seller’s agent.

The Retail Buyer Program may include agreed cleanup, preparation, repairs, or staging, but USA Equity Investors coordinates that work—you will not be required to make the repairs yourself. Every responsibility is documented before work begins.
No. Requesting an evaluation or discussing your options does not obligate you to proceed. Obligations arise only from an agreement you choose to sign.
