At or before collection, we use the categories below for the stated purposes. We collect only information reasonably related to considering or completing our own purchase, website operation, legal obligations, or communication choices.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, complete bank or payment-card numbers, or unredacted identity documents through the public form. If additional documentation is needed for our purchase, we will identify an appropriate delivery method.

3. Sources of Information

We collect information directly from you or a person authorized to act for you; from your browser and our technology service providers; and, as permitted by law, from public property records, property data, title or escrow companies, inspection records, and people involved in the house purchase.

If you provide information about another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide it for the stated purpose. We may ask for documentation of authority before proceeding.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

receive, authenticate, and respond to your house-purchase inquiry;
evaluate the house for our own purchase decision and prepare a direct cash offer;
verify condition, ownership, title, occupancy, and access for our purchase;
prepare, complete, document, or enforce our written purchase agreement through title or escrow;
communicate according to your request, consent, and opt-out choices;
operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
retain assent, consent, suppression, purchase, tax, and accounting records;

A business successor in a merger, reorganization, bankruptcy, acquisition, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law and the commitments that apply to the information.

Our public forms submit directly to this website and store requests in a private database through our hosting provider. We store the submitted details and, for offer requests, the consent choices and disclosure wording shown at submission. FormSubmit processes inquiry details to send email notifications to our business inbox, where our email provider processes and stores them. Our fonts are hosted with the website. Our hosting provider may process technical data, including IP address and device or browser information, to transmit, store, and secure requests. No internet transmission is risk-free.

7. Calls, Text Messages, and Email

Submitting an inquiry requests a response. If the separate optional calls-and-texts consent box is unchecked, the submission does not authorize automated, artificial or prerecorded voice, or AI-generated voice calls or AI-assisted text replies. We may make only a legally permitted, non-automated response to the specific inquiry using a contact method provided.

If you check the optional box, the displayed consent language controls calls and texts about our interest in buying your property. Consent is not required to submit an inquiry, receive an offer, enter a transaction, or sell property. It applies to USA Equity Investors, LLC and service providers acting solely on its behalf; it does not authorize independent third parties to contact you for their own marketing.

You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable method. For texts, reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE; reply HELP for assistance. You may also tell a representative, leave a voicemail, call (855) 956-2650 or use our contact form. We will honor valid requests within the period required by applicable law. A confirmation message may be sent where permitted. Transactional, safety, fraud-prevention, or legally required communications may continue when allowed.

Emails about our interest in buying your property will include an unsubscribe method. We maintain suppression records as reasonably necessary to honor choices and comply with law.

8. Cookies, Technical Providers, Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control

The website and its hosting, security, font, and form providers may use cookies, logs, local storage, or similar technologies necessary to deliver pages, protect the site, remember technical preferences, transmit forms, and diagnose performance. When enabled, Google Analytics measures page visits, confirmed offer-form submissions, and clicks on our telephone links. The event code excludes form contents and URL queries, disables advertising signals and ad personalization, and does not load when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. Analytics cookies can be controlled through browser settings. We do not operate advertising pixels.

Browsers may offer a legacy “Do Not Track” signal. Our optional analytics code does not load when a recognized DNT signal is enabled. We do not knowingly permit third parties to collect personal information on this website over time and across unrelated websites for behavioral advertising.

Where required, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control or other legally valid universal opt-out mechanism as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending it. Because we do not currently engage in those practices, the signal does not change ordinary site functionality. You may also contact us directly.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as reasonably necessary and proportionate for the purpose collected, an ongoing relationship, legal and accounting obligations, consent evidence, suppression, security, disputes, or enforcement. Normal periods are summarized in the Notice at Collection table. We may retain information longer when required by law, a litigation hold, an active investigation, a property or contract dispute, fraud prevention, or an unresolved privacy request. We delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backup cycles and legal exceptions.

correct inaccurate personal information;
delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
obtain a portable copy of information you provided;

We will verify a request using information reasonably matched to our records and will not request more information than necessary. An authorized agent may be asked for written authorization, and we may verify the consumer directly where allowed. We normally respond within 45 days or the shorter period required by law; a permitted extension will be explained. We may deny or limit a request where an exemption applies, but we will explain the basis and available appeal route. We do not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

California residents may also request the categories of information collected, sources, business purposes, recipient categories, and specific pieces of information where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies. Nevada residents may submit a verified request to opt out of a covered sale. Residents of other states receive the rights provided by applicable law.

11. Security and Data Minimization

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including limiting access according to role and purpose. No website, email, telephone, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use the public form only for the requested contact and property details. Contact us before sending identity documents, full loan statements, or other sensitive records so an appropriate delivery method can be identified.

12. Children’s Privacy

This website and our purchase offers are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18. 13. Changes to This Policy
